As a client of Sky Prep Center, You are fully responsible for the proper shipping and delivery of your inventory to Sky Prep Center’s warehouse, which is indicated on our official website (www.skyprepcenter.com). Regardless of whether your inventory is fulfilled overseas to the USA or if the goods are fulfilled nationwide to our warehouse, It is still your (client’s) responsibility to arrange needed transportation and ship them to our warehouse. In addition, Sky Prep Center is not responsible for any import customs duties, shipping charges, customs clearance costs, taxes, tariffs, port storage, freight forwarding fees, or other charges that are related to your merchandise and inventory.
Sky Prep Center reserves the right to reject all of Your inventory if, in its absolute discretion, if:
In case your inventory is delivered to Sky Prep Center’s warehouse in the condition of being damaged or dangerous, or Your inventory is somehow unacceptable for any of the reasons mentioned above, If Sky Prep Center chooses to accept Your inventory, We will immediately notify You of the circumstances and advise You to contact Sky Prep Center to decide how to proceed with such inventory.
If Sky Prep Center discovers that any of Your inventory is impaired, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate after unboxing it, Sky Prep Center will immediately notify You of the situation and advise You to contact Sky Prep Center to discuss how to proceed with such inventory.
If Sky Prep Center accidentally mislabeled any of Your products or made a mistake when planning, packaging, or sending out Your inventory, You agree that Sky Prep Center will fix the problem in a way that is reasonable for the industry and does not put too much emphasis on how costs are split. This could include paying for the return shipping to the marketplace as deemed necessary. But Sky Prep Center will not be responsible for any lost sales or earnings, or any harm to Your inventory that happens during the return process.
Upon visiting our Website (www.skyprepcenter.com) or corresponding with Sky Prep Center via the Website, by email, or by other means, electronic or otherwise, You accept that all agreements, including this Contract, notes, transmissions of information, disclosures, and other communications that You and Sky Prep Center exchange electronically meet any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
In case we place/extend your inventory for storage purposes in our warehouse as per your request or if for any other reason mentioned herein and it does not involve any Sky Prep Center’s fault, You will be responsible to Sky Prep Center for storage charges. In case you fail to pay Sky Prep Center’s storage charges within seven (7) business days of being notified by Sky Prep Center, Sky Prep Center will keep Your inventory at Your sole risk for seven (7) business days, during which Sky Prep Center reserves the right to sell all or part of Your inventory to cover Sky Prep Center’s price and costs for storing Your inventory, and/or donate or otherwise dispose of all or part of Your inventory in any manner that Sky Prep Center deems appropriate.
If the client is unable to pay the storage bill within 10 working days of receiving the invoice, Sky Prep Center will give notice or issue a warning for the next 10-20 days to clear all due payments. Meanwhile, all services will be put on hold, and if the client does not pay the previous bill within 30 days, Sky Prep will keep the client’s inventory or reserve the right to sell all or part of the inventory to cover Sky Prep Center storage or other service costs.
Sky Prep Center can maintain possession of Your inventory if Sky Prep Center’s charges are declined in whole or in part for some reason, in which case Sky Prep Center will not be liable for any delays. If Sky Prep Center’s charges are not received or payment is not obtained within ten (10) business days, Sky Prep Center reserves the right to terminate this agreement, to sell Your inventory at any price and add the proceeds to the amount You owe Sky Prep Center, to store Your inventory at Your expense, or to otherwise dispose of Your inventory at Sky Prep Center’s absolute discretion. Such a selling, storage, or other disposal of Your inventory does not preclude Sky Prep Center from pursuing any further legal recourse in order to be rendered whole.
Sky Prep Center’s facility services are priced as seen on the website. Regardless of any other statement herein, Sky Prep Center reserves the right to adjust these prices at any time in compliance with this Contract.
Sky Prep Center’s services are priced according to the time Sky Prep Center receives the specific shipment of Your inventory. Subsequent orders for Sky Prep Center’s Services, or subsequent shipments of inventory under an established order, will be regulated by the Prices and Terms in effect on Sky Prep Center’s Website at the time of the subsequent order.
Sky Prep Center reserves the right to refuse Your inventory shipment for any reason. If we refuse to accept your inventory shipment or if you refuse to pay Sky Prep Center’s prices and costs in the circumstances described herein. We shall not be responsible for any expenses, penalties, or other direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to shipping charges, lost revenue, bad reviews, or lost brand value, in addition to the statutory remedies given herein and any other remedies available to us at law or equity.
You accept and understand that, at our absolute discretion, we can cancel the Services and terminate this Agreement at any time and without warning for any reason. Any notification we want to include could be in the form of a letter, an email, or other electronic medium. You accept that the behavior or inactions of another User in your account will be credited to you for the purposes of this Agreement. A good reason can include, but is not limited to:
As Sky Prep Center is only a prep center, we don’t refund for any product damage that could be caused by a third party (shipping, courier, etc.). We will only take responsibility and refund any mistakes that occurred from our end (packaging, labeling, and any other prep-related or storage-related mistakes).

If a mutually satisfactory solution to dealing with any of these circumstances cannot be found within fifteen (30) business days, Sky Prep Center reserves the right to sell Your inventory at any price and add the proceeds to the sum You owe to Sky Prep Center, if any, store Your inventory at Your expense, or otherwise dispose of Your inventory at its sole discretion.
You consent not to infringe on any of Sky Prep Center’s trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, as well as the copyrights of the owners of the images shown on the Website and the software that powers the Website. You consent not to use the Website for any reason that is illegal or otherwise wrongful, or inconsistent with the Contract. You agree not to use or access the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or otherwise disrupt the Website or the use of the Website by others.
This prep center is solely responsible for prepping services, including packaging, wrapping, and labeling. It does not assume liability for product condition post-prepping or during transit. Services provided are based on information and materials supplied by the client, without warranty regarding trademark infringement or other rights. Clients are advised to ensure their items comply with shipping and trademark regulations. Disputes must be communicated within a specific timeframe for any possible remediation. This disclaimer limits our liability to the scope of our services as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
Notwithstanding any other term or condition of these terms of use, in no event will usprepcenters, its directors, officers, employees or agents be liable for any direct, special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the site, the site materials, or any products, services, any content or materials contained in, purchased through or accessed through the site, including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from reliance by user on any information obtained from Sky Prep Center or its suppliers or merchants, or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Sky Prep Center or any user or member’s records, programs or services.
Notwithstanding any other term or condition of these terms of use, in the event that Sky Prep Center becomes liable to you for any reason, in no event shall the aggregate liability of Sky Prep Center for any and all claims, damages, amounts or fees of any kind, howsoever arising, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other any other theory, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the site exceed the actual amount of revenue Sky Prep Center earned on your product purchase.
You agree that Sky Prep Center will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute between you and any of its sellers or suppliers. for further clarity, Sky Prep Center is not liable for shipments upon their receipt by a designated carrier.
Sky Prep Center does not make any representations or guarantees regarding any goods or services offered or provided by sellers or suppliers.
Without limiting the generality of any limitation of any liability or limitation of warranty in these Terms of Use, Sky Prep Center will not be liable for any intellectual property, product, or service provided by any seller or supplier, including but not limited to any warranty or manufacturer defect.
